The two sides finally reached a consensus on their first ever collective bargaining agreement, which is subject to ratification by the UPTF membership.

Last year, redshirt sophomore golfer Joe Juszczyk finished 23rd at the NCAA Super Regional. Not a bad finish, but nothing compared to what he was able to accomplish this year.

At Red Hawk Run Golf Course in Findlay, Ohio, Juszczyk was the only golfer to finish under par, becoming the first Wayne State golfer to win the super regional.

Although they weren't able to capture the GLIAC Tournament title a week ago, the Warrior softball team would be more than happy to settle for a Great Lakes Regional Tournament victory. Unfortunately, they ran into last season's national champs - twice.

WSU opened the tournament up with a 1-0 victory over Indianapolis.

After finishing first in the GLIAC standings during the regular season, it would have been safe to say the Warrior baseball team was the favorite to win last weekend's GLIAC Tournament. Unfortunately, WSU ran into some solid pitching and lost two of three games to finish third, behind eventual champion GVSU and the University of Findlay.

WSU students often must balance numerous responsibilities, but very few students can successfully to balance as many responsibilities as Susan Palazzolo.
A small number of WSU students have taken advantage of unique opportunities to witness "Still Pulling: Traditional Printmaking in the Digital Age," an art exhibit featuring works created by traditional printmaking. Even fewer students were present from May 8-10, when Denes Galfi, an artist and professor of art and art history, gave lectures on the value of traditional printmaking and experimenting with different artistic methods.
