Rapper turned singer T-pain has a winner with his third studio album “Three Ringz.”

In the album, T-Pain compares the music industry to a circus. “Three Ringz” is a very upbeat album full of features from just about everyone. On the possible third single from the album “Freeze” featuring Chris Brown, T-Pain and Brown talk about how it is a challenge for a young lady to keep up with them in the dancing department.

The following track “Blowing Up,” featuring Ciara, is an uptempo song that tells the story of a connection between two young attractive people during a night on the town. The lead single from the album “Can’t Believe It”, features rapper Lil Wayne, while on the second single “Chopped and Screwed,” T-Pain teamed up with rapper Ludacris.

Rappers T.I. and Akon make appearances on the song “It Ain’t Me,” which talks about “gold-diggers” who ask guys for things, just because they know they are in the position to provide it for them. Mr. Controversy himself, Kanye West, lends his talents to the track “Therapy,” describing a failing relationship between T-Pain and his significant other.

Rap artists are not the only ones who came out to be a part of the “Three Ringz” project. “Reality Show” features R&B crooners Musiq Soulchild, Raheem DeVaugh and Jay Lyriq.

Also, the queen of R&B Mary J. Blige makes an appearance on the track “Change”, with Diddy and Akon.

On one of his few solo efforts, T-Pain breaks away from his heavy Auto Tune voice instrument on the track “Keep Going” to show that he has vocal talent without the instrument.

The track “Ringleader Man” illustrates how T-Pain is one of the most popular and underestimated artists right now in the industry, and it compares his position in the industry with a ringmaster in a circus.

On the final track “Karaoke,” featuring DJ Khaled, T-Pain addresses all of the artists who have criticized him for using the Auto Tune instrument and then turned around and used the instrument themselves.

T-Pain goes on to say that the only two artists that are not included in this somewhat of a dis’ track are Lil Wayne and Kanye West.

In spite of numerous guest appearances and lack of versatility in the lyrical department, overall, “Three Ringz” is an exceptional album and T-Pain fans everywhere will not be disappointed at all.
